Mike O'Brien SVP Client Strategy and Implementation
As a co-founder of Fugent, Mike has been involved in many aspects of the company from product development, training, sales and customer service. For the last 5 years, as SVP Client Strategy and Implementation, he has focused his responsibilities on client acquisition, client management and service.
Having lead over 50 client implementations, Mike has a unique and comprehensive understanding of how to develop and implement successful web-based communication and Virtual Wholesaling® programs that enable financial services companies to increase sales, improve relationships and reduce expenses. Additionally, he brings a great deal of knowledge to the discussion of deployment strategies and how these approaches can positively impact end user experience.
Prior to joining Fugent, Inc., Mike spent four years as an account executive and key account manager for Hensel in Cincinnati, Ohio .
Mike is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
