Tom Kolbe, National Sales Manager
As National Sales Manager, Tom oversees client management and acquisition for Fugent. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tom’s deep understanding of the distribution challenges faced by financial services firms as they juggle growth, margins, and the costs of acquiring new assets has helped him in assisting companies to effectively deploy web-based, communication and collaboration strategies within sales, marketing, training and national accounts. Fugent programs have assisted more than 115 firms in creating more efficient and effective sales and marketing organizations.

Before joining Fugent, Tom was responsible for institutional sales at AIM. Prior to AIM, he was with the National Sales Manager for INVESCO Funds Group responsible for sales, key accounts, institutional sales, and offshore funds sold in the U.S. Prior to his role as national sales manager, he built the institutional group for INVESCO, where he was responsible for placing funds onto the platforms of annuity and insurance providers and then servicing these accounts through field sales efforts. Tom has spent time in the field as a wholesaler and as a retail financial adviser.

At INVESCO, Tom was one of the early clients of Fugent. He has been able to blend his experience as both a user of Fugent with a product manufacturer and his sale of Fugent capabilities, to present a clear vision and application strategy for the deployment of Fugent solutions within the financial services industry.
